Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1:
Departure from Howrah Station by train.

Day 2:
Full day spent on the train.

Day 3:
Arrival at Kathgodam. Proceed to Nainital. Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 4:
After breakfast, full-day sightseeing in Nainital.
Visit all major lakes, stroll along the lake side. Interested guests may visit Naina Devi Temple for darshan.
Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 5:
After breakfast, proceed towards Ranikhet for sightseeing and then to Kausani for local sightseeing.
Overnight stay in Kausani.

Day 6:
After breakfast, visit Kalamuni Top and Birthi Falls, then proceed to Munsiyari.
Overnight stay in Munsiyari.

Day 7:
After breakfast, full-day sightseeing in Munsiyari.
Visit Panchachuli Peak, Thamri Kund, Nanda Devi Temple, and Heritage Tribal Museum.
Overnight stay in Munsiyari.

Day 8:
After breakfast, proceed from Munsiyari to Chaukori or Patal Bhuvaneshwar.
Overnight stay.

Day 9:
After breakfast, proceed from Chaukori or Patal Bhuvaneshwar to Almora for sightseeing.
Overnight stay in Almora.

Day 10:
Early lunch and departure towards Kathgodam to catch the train.

Day 11:
Full day on the train.

Day 12:
Arrival at Howrah Station.

Tour Rules & Guidelines

1. Accommodation Type

• Family-wise double or triple-bedded rooms will be provided.

• Extra bed or mattress on the floor will be provided where required.

• For families of four staying in one room, one extra bed/mattress will be provided on the floor.

• Train seat allocation (upper/middle/lower berth) depends entirely on Indian Railways and cannot be selected.

2. Package Includes

• Sleeper class train tickets for round-trip travel.

• Transportation by Bus / Tempo Traveller / Sumo / Bolero (Non-AC).

• Meals included:

  • Morning tea

  • Breakfast

  • Lunch

  • Evening light snacks

  • Dinner

3. Terms & Conditions

• Entry fees and guide charges at sightseeing spots are to be paid by guests.

• The tour operator will not be responsible for any damage to hotel property or for any medical/health issues during the tour.

• Guests may optionally tip the kitchen staff as appreciation for their service.

• In case of tour cancellation due to natural calamities, political issues, or train cancellation, 30% of the tour cost will be borne by the guests.

• Any additional cost due to rail/bus/air/ship fare hike must be borne by guests.

• Tour dates and timings may change due to unavoidable circumstances.

4. Payment Policy

• 35% advance payment required per person at the time of booking.

• Remaining balance must be paid 10 days before tour departure.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 50–40 days before departure: 50% of the deposited amount will be adjusted in a future tour.

• 30–15 days before departure: 35% of the deposited amount will be adjusted in a future tour.

• 14–7 days before departure: 25% of the deposited amount will be adjusted in a future tour.

• 7–0 days before departure: No amount will be adjusted.

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years:

  • Free if traveling with two adults and no separate vehicle seat is required.

  • If a vehicle seat is required, applicable charges will apply.

• Children aged 5–10 years:

  • If sharing a room with two adults, 70% of the total land package cost will be charged.

  • Includes vehicle seat and all meals.

• Children above 10 years:

  • Full adult charges applicable.
